Shipping and Returns

Shipping - 

Some items ship directly from Jeanjai, some items ship directly from the print shop. Please be advised this means your order may be received in more than one shipment.  

Items shipped directly from Jeanjai have a processing time of 1-3 business days and will ship via USPS. 

Items shipped directly from the print shop are printed when ordered and ship for FREE for US deliveries.  Production time may vary (especially during peak seasons) but items usually ship within 3-5 business days.

Returns - 

At the end of the day, our return policy is very simple: We want you to love your junk.

However, if for some reason you don't, just send us an email. 

We do ask that you let us know right away, however you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable) and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues - 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items - 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges - 

If you would like to exchange your item for something else, please indicate that in your email and we will make sure it is in stock for you. 

Refunds - 

We do need to receive and inspect your return before your refund is issued however we will not lollygag, and will notify you once both things have been completed.  Once cleared, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
